This period of confinement forces us to reinvent ourselves :)
You know me, or maybe you don't..., I like giving lessons, contact and, above all, being with you.
Alas, the situation requires everyone to stay at home, and I beg of you, do it!
Recording Bodeep® lesson videos and broadcasting them to you would be the easiest way to do it... except... I don't like simplicity and I won't be able toto correct 😱 !!! And you know it'sExtremely important !
So I suggest to yousessions via Skype.
No need to have the app :)

You need either:
- a computer with webcam,
- a connected tablet,
- from a connected phone.
To join the course I just need youre-mail address.
I will send youa link, click and, if all goes well 🤞, we'll see you!
It will be a big first for me, as for you, so the first lessons will befree.
If the adventure works and you like it, I will consider a price (symbolic :)), according to the request.
Materials needed for the course:
A gym mat or one/several towels
A small ball (quite soft) or pillows
A chair
...
Space is also important.
I did some tests at home to be "entirely" in the frame... not easy 😅
